Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Contact us at support@fixturenest.com within 12 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to make changes before dispatch. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled, but you can return it under our 30-day returns policy.

Do you offer trade or bulk pricing?

Yes. If you are an interior designer, architect, or need 5 or more units of any product, email us at support@fixturenest.com for trade pricing.


Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days, then shipped via international tracked courier. Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 7 to 12 business days
  • United Kingdom: 7 to 12 business days
  • Australia: 8 to 15 business days
  • Europe: 7 to 14 business days
  • Canada: 10 to 18 business days

Is shipping really free?

Yes. We offer free worldwide shipping on every order with no minimum spend and no conditions.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours after dispatch for tracking to become active.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship worldwide. If you encounter any issue at checkout, email us and we will arrange your order manually.


Products & Installation

Do I need an electrician to install a pendant light?

Yes. All pendant lights must be installed by a qualified electrician in accordance with local electrical codes. This is both a safety requirement and a condition of our warranty.

What voltage are your products compatible with?

Most products are compatible with 110V to 240V, covering North America, Europe, Australia, and the UK. Voltage compatibility is listed on each product page. If you are unsure, email us before ordering.

What bulb type do I need?

Each product listing specifies the bulb type and fitting (E26, E27, E14, GU10 etc). Most of our pendants do not include bulbs so you can choose your preferred colour temperature. We recommend 2700K warm white for living areas and dining rooms.

How high should a pendant light hang above a dining table?

The standard is 70 to 80 cm between the bottom of the pendant and the table surface. For higher ceilings or large pendants, 80 to 90 cm works well. Your electrician can advise on exact positioning.

Can I use a dimmer switch with pendant lights?

Many of our pendants are dimmer-compatible, but this depends on the specific product and the dimmer switch type. Check the product description or contact us before purchasing if dimming is important to you.

How do I clean my pendant light?

Always switch off and allow to cool before cleaning. Wipe metal and glass surfaces with a soft dry cloth. For rattan and woven shades, use a dry brush or low-power compressed air. Avoid water on electrical components.


Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, uninstalled items in original packaging. Email support@fixturenest.com with your order number and we will send return instructions.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you. We do not require the damaged item to be returned in most cases.

What does the warranty cover?

All products carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, or normal wear.
